Thanks😊. Meal planning is one of my pitfalls in eating healthy. Living alone it seems weird to plan for just me.😂But, I need and want to eliminate excuses to eating just toast🙃. I am a 73, empty nester, and widowed; so healthy eating one day at a time is my desire.✅
