What a lovely post! So generous to share your google docs. That kind of meal list is what I aspire to have for my family someday, it’s still quite short so far. 😝

I’ve gotten better at weekly planning, and tiptoeing into half planning the following week too, but I goofily always am shocked to be behind at the turn of the month. Aka “wait it’s surprising that 4th of July comes so quickly after the end of June..??” So this is a great word for me. 😝 Subscribing!

I loved reading this and we sound so similar! Like you I live by my rhythms. What especially resonated was you mentioning being in a season of pruning with your online business. Same, sister. I’ve been a life and business coach for moms since 2018 and just had my 4th baby. It started with no longer posting to my Instagram and letting people know I was done there, and I’m now in the process of shutting down one big part of my business, my membership. I’m not trying to force what’s next, but try to listen to what God has in store!

YESSS we should connect for sure. I have 4 kiddos too, and once I started homschooling my son it just got harder to do "business online". It's been almost 1.5 years since I shut my membership community down, and instagram is still touch and go for me (lol). I've really really loved Substack and having a place to create and share without all the pressure that everything else brought. As I dream about this next season (with my youngest starting Pre K in the fall), I'm just reminding myself to GO SLOW and trust God day by day. I don't have to have it all figured out, neither do you! we are in this together!!
